Exit Built – Custom Website in 30 Days Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Website in 30 Days” offer provided by Exit Built, LLC (“Exit Built,” “we,” “us”) and accepted by you (“Client,” “you”). Your acceptance of these Terms occurs upon initial payment and/or written agreement.
Custom WordPress website: Includes Homepage, About, Services, Contact pages.
Three collaborative meetings: Homepage review, full website review, launch review.
Platform: WordPress CMS, built using Elementor Pro.
Hosting: 1 year of Kinsta hosting included at no additional charge.
Design: Responsive, optimized for speed, usability, and SEO.
Total cost: $4,998, payable in two installments of $2,499 each.
First Payment: Required to begin the project (non-refundable).
Second Payment: Due upon successful website launch.
Additional pages (up to 6): $500 each.
Optional add-ons:
Content writing: $1,250 (adds one week).
Full content and design package: $2,500 (adds one week).
Provide timely access to domain, current hosting, existing site content, logos, graphics, and brand guidelines.
Schedule homepage design meeting within 3 business days of initial payment.
Approve homepage and subpage Figma designs within 24 hours of receipt.
Ensure attendance and participation in scheduled meetings and approvals.
Adhere strictly to the outlined project timeline and milestones (see Section 5).
Exit Built guarantees website launch within 30 calendar days from receipt of initial payment, provided all Client obligations are fully and promptly met.
If Exit Built fails to meet the 30-day guarantee (not due to Client delays), the final payment ($2,499) will be waived.
Any delay by the Client in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals immediately voids the 30-day launch guarantee, and standard billing applies.
The Client agrees to adhere to the following project milestones:
Week 1:
Monday: Homepage design meeting.
Tuesday-Wednesday: Homepage edits provided by Exit Built.
Thursday: Client approval of homepage design within 24 hours.
Friday: Subpage design meeting.
Client agrees to adhere to this timeline:
Week 2:
Monday-Wednesday: Subpage edits provided by Exit Built.
Thursday: Client approval of subpage designs within 24 hours.
Client agrees to adhere to this timeline:
Weeks 3-4 (Development Phase):
Monday-Thursday (Week 3): Website development.
Friday (Week 3): Launch meeting and staging site walkthrough.
Monday (Week 4): Client provides final approval.
Tuesday-Wednesday (Week 4): Official website launch.
Thursday-Friday (Week 4): Final payment due and website credentials provided.
Client agrees to adhere to this timeline:
Fully functional custom WordPress website with specified core pages.
Website login credentials provided after final payment.
Website ownership transferred upon final payment.
Training materials or brief walkthrough for website maintenance.
Additional revisions beyond agreed-upon meetings billed at $125/hour.
Any new or significantly altered functionality, additional content creation, or design elements outside initial scope require written approval and additional costs.
The Client agrees to allow Exit Built to use their logo, website, and related project outcomes for promotional and marketing purposes.
Exit Built will not share any proprietary or sensitive information belonging to the Client.
30-day warranty covering bug fixes.
Ongoing support available at additional cost, separate from this agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership rights to custom-designed content. Exit Built retains rights to proprietary methods, templates, and licensed third-party content used under appropriate licenses.
Initial payment is non-refundable.
Client may cancel with written notice; all completed work will be billed at an hourly rate or milestone completion, whichever is applicable.
Exit Built reserves the right to terminate services due to breach of Terms, including non-payment or lack of Client responsiveness after seven days’ notice.
Exit Built’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees received.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this agreement.
Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information disclosed during the project, unless legally required otherwise.
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be mediated or litigated in Pinellas County, Florida.
These Terms constitute the full agreement and supersede any prior understandings between the parties. Amendments must be in writing.
